Jonas Maciulis and Roko Leni Ukic expressed their respect for Aris, while speaking to the media about tomorrow's cup final.
Maciulis characterized Aris as "a very good team" and the final as "a very tough game": "It's a very tough final for us and it would be a big mistake if somebody of us think that we are going to have an easy afternoon. It will be a tough game for everybody. Aris is a very good team, they have a new coach, they have a changed philosophy and it will definitely be a totally different game than the one in Thessaloniki for the Greek League a few months ago. I am sure that it's going to be a good battle for all the fans that are going to watch the game".
Last year the Greek Cup Final was played on his birthday. This year the Cup Final comes one day earlier. "Since I began to play basketball professional the Cup Finals and my birthday go hand in hand. It's something I am used to and I really don't pay any attention. For me and for my teammates too, what counts is the Cup. This is what we want. It's our priority. Then we can talk about my birthday".
Ukic: "Panathinaikos will decide the final"
Roko Leni Ukic believes that everything depends on Panathinaikos: "It's clear that me and my teammates respect every opponent, no matter who the opponent is. And what I am going to say, doesn't mean that I don't respect Aris. The Cup Final is a game that depends on us. If we play the way we can, then we are the favorites for the trophy. But we have to be careful, to be focused and to have energy for 40 minutes. Energy is what we are looking for. If we are ok in this specific part of the game, then with all my respect to Aris, Panathinaikos will decide the winner of the final".
